From near death to living life at its fullest, within my limitations, I have spent sixty plus years doing it my way and proving it can be done. Keeping positive, planning, when possible, and always on the lookout for new learning experiences and adventures I’ll share them with you. From my youth as one of nine in Allen Park, Michigan to Vietnam to Washington DC to my present days in North Carolina I’ve taken up residence in more than ten states and visited most others. My most pressing present project is to lose 180 pounds and get my cardiovascular system ready for at least a back operation and possibly a knee replacement. It is somewhat new territory for me, but it should prove to be entertaining and sometimes riveting. Visit here for a more complete trip through my life |
